প্যাটার্নের নাম দিন
Continuous die line, orange peel, উঁচু কণা, pit ও bubble আলাদা করুন; scale-সহ ভেতর-বাইরের ছবি এবং দিক, স্থান, সময় ও lot লিখুন।
Baseline রাখুন
Lot, packing, color/regrind, die, screen, line record, cooling ও puller data রাখুন। অন্য guide-এর setting সাধারণ recipe নয়।
লক্ষণভিত্তিক branch
Die-র সঙ্গে স্থির mark হলে tooling; output-সহ wave হলে feed, screw, pressure ও puller; particle/pit হলে material, contamination ও filtration; bubble হলে moisture, volatile ও heat history দেখুন।
একটি variable তুলনা
একই acceptance method-এ একবারে এক variable তুলনা করুন। Line ও tooling বাদ দেওয়ার পর lot-সহ defect থাকলে sample রেখে supplier বা lab-এ escalate করুন।

Sample/drawing, surface reference, photo, lot, tooling, line record, quantity, destination, standard ও test method পাঠান।
