Before choosing a grade
This route is for flexible PVC injection molding and overmolding, including plug bodies, cord protectors and related molded parts. Start with the part geometry and its service requirements. A material that looks suitable as a pellet still needs evaluation in the actual mold and finished part.
What to send for a useful quotation
- Part drawing, photo or reference sample; state whether the part is molded alone or over an insert.
- Target hardness, color, finish and acceptable appearance defects.
- Current material, molding equipment and the processing problem you want to investigate.
- Any electrical, flame or restricted-substance requirements, plus quantity and destination.
A trial with a clear decision
- Define the part and acceptance checks
Agree color, hardness, finish, dimensions and the tests required by the end use. List required documents before requesting a quote.
- Evaluate a traceable sample lot
Record the machine, mold and processing conditions. Compare the molded part with the approved reference; photos alone cannot establish the cause of a defect.
- Review before a batch order
Confirm the result and any agreed adjustment. Freeze the material version, color, shipment checks and packaging for the order.

A historical shipment record is not a guarantee for a new formulation; a blank COA is not test evidence. SDS and third-party reports are supplied only where an applicable document is available.
Common purchasing questions
Can you help with flow marks or an uneven surface?
Share part photos, the current material and molding conditions. Material, mold and processing can all affect the result; we first agree a controlled trial instead of promising a cure from a photo.
Does this grade include electrical or flame certification?
No blanket certification is claimed. For a plug or another electrical part, identify the applicable tests and required evidence before sampling. A finished-part approval cannot be inferred from a granule description.
Can I order a sample before a production batch?
Discuss the part and the amount needed for your trial. For export samples, material and courier fees are agreed and paid before preparation. Production quantity and delivery timing are confirmed separately.
